Bill Brady is a seasoned entrepreneur, lawyer, and a finance and banking executive. During his career, Bill was the Founder and CEO of a start-up company in the specialty finance space. He built the company from scratch to a half billion dollars in loan volume, and sold it to Capital One Bank for a large multiple (over nine figures). Bill pioneered from inception what is now a multi-billion dollar industry in patient healthcare finance.

Bill has specific expertise in Leading and Managing a business from inception to sale, Finance, Banking, Licensing, Managing transactions, Family Businesses, Real Estate Development & Finance, and International Business (he has lived in Europe and Asia and has done business on both continents).

Business Highlights: 

  • Served as Founder and CEO of AmeriFee LLC, a start-up company in the specialty finance space. Pioneered a new industry in patient healthcare finance. Grew the company organically to a half billion in loans and 300+ employees. Sold the business to Capital One Bank for nine figures. Remained CEO through transition after sale for 18 months.
  • Served as Principal at Brady Advisory Group. Advised business owners and senior executives and has acted as a lead advisor in complex commercial transactions, both in the United States and internationally.
  • Ran the U.S. operations and finance for an international fashion brand with wholesale and retail operations. Managed international manufacturers in Bali (Indonesia), Bangkok (Thailand), and Mumbai (India).
  • Trained as an attorney engaged in transactional work, such as corporate and commercial transactions, M&A, and contract negotiations.

Bill graduated from Yale University and Boston College Law School and practiced transactional law before starting his own business. He has also organized and volunteered for several non-profit organizations.

Bill has lived in the USA, Europe, and Asia. He has two daughters and loves traveling, collecting Native American and Asian tribal artifacts, collecting wine, playing tennis, back-country skiing, and heli-skiing. He has coached sports teams including tennis and soccer. He was a nationally ranked tennis player pre-college and played in the NCAA national championships throughout college.
