• Served as CEO of ChangeMakers, an integrated communications agency formed through the merger of six legacy agencies. Led the company through a complete transformation—unifying its brand, realigning its strategic direction, revitalizing its culture, and driving extraordinary EBITDA expansion, creating a strong foundation for long-term value creation and operational excellence.
• Served as Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group. Led the firm’s brand strategy and consumer-centricity practice. He specialized in CPG, consumer wellness, and large-scale transformation. He built one of BCG’s largest CPG accounts and served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 CEOs across five continents.
• Earlier in his career, Mario was founder and CEO of Kantar Consulting, which he scaled into one of WPP’s fastest-growing businesses. Under his leadership, Kantar Consulting grew from 12 to over 1,000 professionals in 5 years, earning industry accolades and serving clients across consumer, fashion, media, healthcare, and financial services.

Mario was born in Greece and moved to the United States to earn his Ph.D. at Yale University. He is one of the early pioneers of the field of Behavioral Economics and a Fulbright Scholar. Mario is currently writing a book on inner freedom and personal transformation, titled “Free You from You,” set to be published later this year.

Mario has two children, Penelope and Leandros. During Covid he bought a ranch in Hudson Valley and became a passionate arborist, collecting and nurturing rare magnolias.
