Mark Moses is the Founding Partner and Executive Chairman of CEO Coaching International. He is the author of the international bestselling book Make BIG Happen, the Wall Street Journal bestselling follow-up Making BIG Happen, and Built to Win BIG (2026). Mark has won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Blue Chip Enterprise award for overcoming adversity. His last company ranked #1 Fastest-Growing Company in Los Angeles as well as #10 on the Inc. 500 of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. He has completed 12 full-distance Ironman Triathlons including the Hawaii Ironman World Championship 5 times.

Randy Dewey is the CEO of CEO Coaching International. He brings his signature blend of operational prowess, strategic vision, and financial foresight to the firm’s day-to-day business. Dewey has over 30 years of experience delivering rapid growth and expansion in many different countries worldwide. He assisted Blackstone with many turnarounds to successful nine-figure exits in the first half of his career. In the second half of his CEO career, he worked in a private family office environment and within the public markets. The organizations ranged from start-ups to $750M in revenue.
CHIEF AI OFFICER
As Chief AI Officer at CEO Coaching International, Curt Gooden helps CEOs define and realize their AI vision and meaningfully integrate AI into their business strategy and operations. He also helps steer CEO Coaching International’s AI strategy. Gooden is an accomplished C-Suite IT executive with over two decades of exceptional leadership and innovation in the Information Technology sector. His CIO tenure at international corporations such as TaskUs and Everise, along with pivotal roles at Intrawest, TTEC, Aegis, and SOURCECORP, has solidified his reputation as a leader in the field.
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Greg Coticchia is a 6X CEO, award-winning entrepreneur, business leader, professor, and author with over 30 years’ experience in tech products and services. As Chief Product Officer at CEO Coaching International, Greg brings the product instinct, discipline, and experience required to ensure we are delivering real value to both our coaches and our clients. Greg created and launched Carnegie Mellon University’s Master’s Program in Product Management (MSPM), the world’s first product management degree, serving as its founding executive director.
SVP OF FINANCE
Beau Cameron is a dynamic leader who is passionate about deepening relationships and bringing people together to achieve operational excellence, as well as creating outstanding customer experiences. He previously spent over 11 years at YPO, where he most recently served as the Global Events and Services Operations Director. As CEO Coaching International’s SVP of Finance, Beau leads all aspects of the company’s financial operations to support the company’s strategic growth vision.

David Sobel is a dedicated business coach and highly successful entrepreneur who helps individuals and businesses achieve success by reaching three important goals: growing revenue, growing profit, and growing people. He is very driven and holds his clients accountable in order to achieve the goals set. David subscribes to the philosophy of, “what gets measured gets done.” David served as Partner and VP of Sales for Home Warranty of America (HWA) for 13 years, building a scalable sales model that culminated in the sale of the business for $50,000,000.

Rachel Smith serves as the Chief of Staff at CEO Coaching International, owning critical initiatives and managing teams that drive the growth of the business. Since joining the company in 2018, Rachel has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s growth, contributing to the development of every area of the business. Rachel earned her MBA from the University of Southern California and her BBA from California State University, Fullerton.

As Vice President of Marketing at CEO Coaching International, Derek Feniger leads the firm’s marketing engine, spanning brand strategy, demand generation, content, and growth infrastructure, helping more of the world’s top CEOs discover the coaching that drives BIG results. Feniger is an accomplished marketing executive with over two decades of leadership in AI- and data-driven growth. His tenure leading lifecycle and database growth marketing at Vistage Worldwide, more than a decade in hospitality building automation and systems that drove measurable growth, and two decades advising 25+ global brands through his consultancy Fen Digital have established his reputation as a leader in modern, data-driven marketing. Outside the office, Feniger is a devoted dad of two who spends his time on sports fields, hiking trails, and campsites around San Diego.

Kalin Foster is a multitalented sales leader with a record of creating, scaling, and leading high-performing teams in high-growth and start-up environments. He previously spent over 12 years in the executive membership industry where he served as the Director of Sales at World 50. During his tenure, World 50 grew to over 1,700 members representing companies that average more than $27B in revenue. As the Vice President of Client Development, Kalin helps clients by ensuring they have access to the coaches that enable them to Make BIG Happen.
VP OF EVENTS & PARTNER EXPERIENCE
Madison Naas serves as Vice President of Events & Partner Experience at CEO Coaching International, where she oversees the firm’s event strategy and strategic partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience designing high-impact programs for executives and global organizations, Madison has managed multimillion-dollar event portfolios, developed impactful partner programs, and leveraged technology and innovation to elevate engagement and business outcomes. She is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities that foster connection, drive growth, and strengthen the CEOCI community. Outside of work, Madison can be found planning her next international adventure, discovering hidden culinary gems, or spending time with her dog, Millie, in the parks of St. Louis.

Michael Tamir, serving as CISO at CEO Coaching International, is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with more than 20 years of experience leading security, compliance, and technology operations. A Certified Information Systems and Cloud Security Professional, he has built and overseen cybersecurity programs that protect critical systems, data, and customers, and has a strong track record of aligning security leadership with operational execution to help organizations address evolving cyber threats.
