Mark Moses

Mark Moses is the CEO and Founding Partner of CEO Coaching International. He is the author of the international bestselling book Make BIG Happen, and the Wall Street Journal bestselling follow-up book, Making BIG Happen. Mark has won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Blue Chip Enterprise award for overcoming adversity. His last company ranked #1 Fastest-Growing Company in Los Angeles as well as #10 on the Inc. 500 of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. He has completed 12 full-distance Ironman Triathlons including the Hawaii Ironman World Championship 5 times.

Randy Dewey

Randy Dewey is the President and Chief Operating Officer of CEO Coaching International. He brings his signature blend of operational prowess, strategic vision, and financial foresight to the firm’s day-to-day business. Dewey has over 30 years of experience delivering rapid growth and expansion in many different countries worldwide. He assisted Blackstone with many turnarounds to successful nine-figure exits in the first half of his career. In the second half of his CEO career, he worked in a private family office environment and within the public markets. The organizations ranged from start-ups to $750M in revenue.

John Harmeling

As Chief Revenue Officer, John Harmeling oversees all growth avenues for CEO Coaching International. He has more than 20 years of experience leading corporate marketing teams in Europe, Asia, and the US, driving remarkable growth at brands such as AIG, Bank of America, Experian, Aflac, and, most recently, Grant Thornton, one of the world’s largest accounting and professional services networks. During his tenure at Grant Thornton as CMO, he and his teams were repeatedly recognized for their excellence in driving value for clients and excellence in marketing, ranging from the Association of National Advertisers’ B2B Corporate Marketer of the Year award to the B2B International Team of the Year to the prestigious Drum Brand Team of the Year award, amongst many other accolades.

Saari Gardner

Saari Gardner has worked in the experience management (XM) discipline for more than 19 years, building and leading XM efforts for multiple organizations where a combination of data-driven decision-making and a human-centered approach has had a meaningful impact on company growth, retention, brand clarity, and organizational culture. As Chief Experience Officer at CEO Coaching International, she is responsible for setting the client experience strategy, managing the client journey, and championing client impact.

Curt Gooden

As Chief AI Officer at CEO Coaching International, Curt Gooden helps CEOs define and realize their AI vision and meaningfully integrate AI into their business strategy and operations. He also helps steer CEO Coaching International’s AI strategy. Gooden is an accomplished C-Suite IT executive with over two decades of exceptional leadership and innovation in the Information Technology sector. His CIO tenure at international corporations such as TaskUs and Everise, along with pivotal roles at Intrawest, TTEC, Aegis, and SOURCECORP, has solidified his reputation as a leader in the field.

As SVP of Strategic Partnerships, Trish is responsible for optimizing the Strategic Partnership Program and ensuring that our partners and clients have world-class experiences.

As the VP of Client Success at CEO Coaching International, Eddie specializes in meeting clients where they’re at to match them with the best coach and guidance possible based on their present circumstances and future goals. As a former Coach, Eddie is deeply experienced in empowering CEOs and leadership teams to grow their companies, increase profits, and create meaningful impact through their work.

Kalin Foster

Kalin Foster is a multitalented sales leader with a record of creating, scaling, and leading high-performing teams in high-growth and start-up environments. He previously spent over 12 years in the executive membership industry where he served as the Director of Sales at World 50. During his tenure, World 50 grew to over 1,700 members representing companies that average more than $27B in revenue. As the Vice President of Client Development, Kalin helps clients by ensuring they have access to the coaches that enable them to Make BIG Happen.

Beau Cameron

Beau Cameron is a dynamic leader who is passionate about deepening relationships and bringing people together to achieve operational excellence, as well as creating outstanding customer experiences. He previously spent over 11 years at YPO, where he most recently served as the Global Events and Services Operations Director. As CEO Coaching International’s Vice President of Operations, Beau leads all aspects of the company’s internal operations by delivering best-in-class services to our coaches and employees, as well as develops scalable processes that execute the company’s strategic growth vision.

Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim is VP, Financial Services and CFO Coach at CEO Coaching International, where he oversees the creation of Making BIG Happen tools, methodologies, and skills. He also serves as a resource to coaches and clients for challenges related to finance, banking, M&A, PE/VC/IPO, industry benchmarks, and reporting issues. Previously, he was VP of Corporate Development at several firms and a head of research and technology analyst in the investment banking industry for 25 years.

Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith serves as the Chief of Staff at CEO Coaching International, owning critical initiatives and managing teams that drive the growth of the business. She is a business administration graduate of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton and is a dedicated entrepreneur. In addition to being named the CSUF Alumni Association’s 2018 Outstanding Senior and the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Executive Council’s 2018 Outstanding Student, Rachel graduated top of her class and delivered a viral commencement rap/speech.
