- Integrity Staffing Solutions: As COO, Keith’s strategic navigation through the Covid pandemic not only ensured operational continuity but also drove substantial growth, skyrocketing profits by overhauling technology systems and offshoring operations, which culminated in a 12-fold increase in profitability.
