Jim Weaver is a five-time CEO and brings 25 years of successful leadership experience in helping grow both public and private companies. He has built and grown successful companies in software development and systems integration, SaaS, payment processing, and telecom.
Jim attributes much of his success to being laser-focused, knowing what you want. With this clarity, you can focus on reaching your ultimate goals. Jim is passionate about sharing his 25 years of experience and the successes and failures of running five companies with his clients.
Jim is a board member of Young Presidents Organization and a former two-term Chairman, Education Chair, and Treasurer for the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Chapter.
Jim is married with four children, including three daughters and one son. He enjoys spending time with his family on the lake and is active in golf, water and snow skiing, baseball, and racquetball. He is also a private pilot.
