Greg Martin is an operations-focused entrepreneur, CEO, private equity investor, and executive coach with a unique track record: Over a 30+ year career as a founder and senior executive, Greg helped lead four separate businesses onto the Inc. 5000 list (three in the top 1%) with 5-year organic growth rates over 3,400%, 5,600%, and 6,100%. Combined, the businesses have generated revenue in excess of $3 billion, created over 2,500 jobs, and yielded two high 8-figure exits.

Greg brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the transaction table, having successfully sold a business to a private equity buyer and later becoming a general partner in private equity . With his unique perspective as both a seller and an acquirer, Greg has a deep understanding of the intellectual-and emotional-needs of both sides and offers truly exceptional transaction guidance for his coaching clients.

Greg is also experienced in running family businesses , having founded and grown a successful family business from startup to over nine figures in revenue. As a coach, Greg has an intimate understanding of the specific set of challenges that can occur with both the personal and the business dynamics of a family business and helps clients successfully navigate the often choppy waters.
