White is a seasoned CEO and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and leading high-growth companies in the real estate and finance industries. As Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Spectra, he built a dynamic national student housing and multifamily platform. At Invesque, a healthcare real estate company he co-founded, White took the business public, quadrupled its assets to nearly $2 billion, and cultivated a workplace culture recognized as a Best Place to Work for five consecutive years. Before pivoting to real estate, Scott spent over a decade on Wall Street, holding senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management and Citigroup.
White is also the author of the Amazon #1 Bestseller,“The Life Is Too Short Guy: Strategies to Make Every Day the Best Day Ever,” and a sought-after motivational speaker on happiness, positivity, and performance culture. His insights help executives build thriving teams, enhance workplace fulfillment, and unlock their personal and professional potential.

White earned a bachelor’s degree with highest honors in political science and journalism from Rutgers University, followed by an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a former member of the New York and New Jersey bars, and previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
White serves as a Director Emeritus of the Rutgers University Foundation and is Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of the NJ Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He enjoys skiing, golfing, and running, and has completed an Ironman triathlon and 15 marathons. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two daughters.
