The Addicus Consulting Group was formed to be the combined strategic intelligence center and tactical execution arm for clients. As such, members of the Consulting Group team identify opportunities, develop plans, present options, and execute approved initiatives – enabling clients to spend their time focusing on their day-to-day business objectives instead of trying to orchestrate their complicated financial lives. The Consulting Group also specializes in complex personal and corporate projects – everything from succession planning to restructuring, from financing or refinancing to estate planning, from acquisition and disposition transactions to opportunity zone planning – and many others.

Private Equity

As we’ve worked with clients over the years, they have often asked us to be a “second set of eyes” to evaluate a range of private deals. Today, Addicus principals not only analyze these deals, but often support the deals with their own capital and provide opportunities for other Addicus clients to participate. We also identify our own bespoke private investment opportunities. When we believe opportunities can achieve outsized returns on a risk-adjusted basis, we position our own capital alongside investors as a true co-investor.
