Former YPO Director Beau Cameron Joins CEO Coaching International as Vice President of Operations
MIAMI, Dec. 16, 2021 – CEO Coaching International, the leading firm for coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, is pleased to announce Beau Cameron as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Cameron will lead all aspects of the company’s internal operations by delivering best-in-class services to its coaches and employees and will be responsible for developing scalable processes that execute the company’s strategic growth vision.
Cameron previously spent over 11 years at YPO, where he most recently served as the Global Events and Services Operations Director. In this position, he was responsible for driving strategy and executing operations for the global events division, including policy and process creation and implementation, financial stewardship, capacity management, data and analysis, and critical stakeholder relations.
Cameron also served in several other roles at YPO, including Budget & Financial Analysis Director. He led the entire organization through the business planning process, including oversight of all budgeting activities for a $120M+ budget, business plan creation, and SMART goal objective development across 16 departments and 14 committees and councils in an organization of 350+ employees.

Cameron received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and has achieved the Corporate FP&A Designation.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys reading, exercise, sports, being active in his local church, and spending time with his wife of 14 years, Kristin, and their two young sons, Preston (6) and Henry (4).
