Sean Ebner

Sean Ebner is a seasoned CEO, board member, and trusted executive advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading, scaling, and transforming complex organizations across healthcare, workforce solutions, technology, and professional services. He is best known for stepping into moments of inflection—when growth has stalled, complexity has outpaced capability, or the stakes demand clarity—and helping leaders and organizations emerge stronger, more focused, and more valuable.

Over the course of his career, Sean has led organizations ranging from $5 million startups to $1.6 billion publicly traded enterprises, serving as CEO, Executive Vice President, Division President, and Board Chairman. He has repeatedly delivered outsized results: restoring growth in underperforming businesses, improving EBITDA and enterprise value, integrating acquisitions, launching new operating models, and building leadership teams capable of long-term success.

Professional Highlights:

• CEO of VitalSolution and Division President of Physician Services at Ingenovis Health – oversaw a portfolio of physician services businesses approaching $300 million in revenue, delivering strong organic growth, successfully integrating acquisitions, launching new practice-based solutions, and driving meaningful increases in enterprise value.
• President of PeopleReady and Executive Vice President of TrueBlue (NYSE: TBI) – recruited to reverse years of decline. He successfully returned the business to growth, improved margins, reorganized operations, launched an industry-leading digital staffing platform, and repositioned the company for sustained performance.
• Division President of Physician Services at AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN) – transformed the company’s second-largest division after six years of decline—achieving 17 consecutive quarters of year-over-year growth and more than doubling EBITDA.
• Founder and CEO of Forward Thinking Consulting and Co-Founder and Chairman of Newbury Partners, the largest systems integrator focused on the U.S. staffing services sector. Through these platforms, he has worked closely with private equity sponsors, boards, and executive teams on strategy, M&A, integration, technology transformation, and leadership development.

Sean holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P.
