Sasha Kelberg is a Wharton-trained entrepreneur, CEO, and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting high-tech manufacturing and export businesses. He has led teams from lab concept to global scale, with a leadership style grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and values-based culture.
Raised and educated in the U.S., and now working across the U.S., South Africa, and Europe, Sasha brings a global perspective and deep operational expertise in scaling founder-led businesses. He draws on firsthand experience navigating the full entrepreneurial journey—from fundraising and managing investor relations to redesigning teams at each growth stage, driving international expansion, timing strategic transactions, and executing successful exits.

Outside of coaching and board work, he and his wife are raising three children on a self-designed, ever-evolving property. There, he enjoys producing his own olive oil, honey, and fresh produce for the dinner table. An avid mountain biker and hiker, Sasha finds joy in exploring nature while staying physically active. He weaves wellness practices throughout his day and maintains a passion for analog sound through his extensive vinyl collection.
