Rick Valencia is a six-time CEO who brings over 30 years of experience in both public and private companies.
Rick has founded and grown successful companies in telecom, business processing outsourcing, medical device, and digital health. He has done this as an entrepreneur with his own startups, as an intrapreneur within a large organization, and as a hired gun for VC and PE-backed companies.
Rick is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, a three-time Inc. 500 honoree, and a 20+ year member of Young Presidents Organization as the former Chairman, Education Chair, and Treasurer of the San Diego Coastal Chapter.
