She brings 30 years of expertise in enterprise business development, go-to-market strategies, sales optimization, strategy, channel partnerships, team building, and fundraising.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Mary serves as an advisor to numerous B2B, B2C, and B2B2C companies. She is passionate about sharing her successes and hard-learned lessons to guide emerging growth companies to achieve revenue acceleration, market differentiation, and product optimization to meet key milestones for expansion and future funding rounds.

- Mary founded and led VIPdesk, a venture-backed loyalty solutions and concierge lifestyles firm, from its inception to a successful exit. She directed the company through an acquisition by a $2B global industry leader resulting in the sale of the company at 2x industry multiples and managed complex integration with an international entity.
- Post-merger, Mary grew her division revenue to $70M and directed the global rollout of her company’s platform to call centers in 21 countries, supporting 3,000+ clients and 1,500 employees.
- As CEO of Aspire Lifestyles Americas, Mary secured the largest account in the industry closing a $280M deal with a Fortune 100 credit card brand propelling the company to capture dominant market share in the sector.
- Mary also founded Capitol Concierge (acquired), pioneering a new industry providing tenant amenity and concierge services to over 100 commercial office buildings earning numerous awards for innovation.

Mary is married with two sons, a black lab, and lives in the Washington, D.C. region. She enjoys travel, skiing, music, cooking, kayaking, fitness, and spending time with her family at the beach.
