Jose has scaled organizations from tens of millions to more than $1.5 billion in sales activity, expanded EBITDA margins through disciplined execution, and led large-scale strategic and cultural transformations in the United States and internationally.
Jose is widely recognized for his ability to lead through complexity while building high-performing, values-driven cultures. He has led multiple market expansions, executed and integrated significant M&A transactions, and designed scalable operating models that balance growth, profitability, and risk management. Having lived and worked as an expatriate in six countries, Jose brings deep cultural fluency and a leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and trust.

Jose currently lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and daughter. He has a deep appreciation for travel and cultural exploration and is also passionate about music, astronomy, and sports—particularly tennis, soccer, and water skiing, which he has practiced since an early age.
