Curt Gooden is the Chief AI Officer of CEO Coaching International. In this role, Curt helps CEOs define and realize their AI vision and meaningfully integrate AI into their business strategy and operations by leading “CEO AI Roadmap” workshops. He also helps steer CEO Coaching International’s AI strategy.

Curt is an accomplished C-Suite IT executive with over two decades of exceptional leadership and innovation in the Information Technology sector.

His areas of expertise include automation, cybersecurity, digital transformation through AI and ML, and IT architecture. His CIO tenure at international corporations such as TaskUs and Everise, along with pivotal roles at Intrawest, TTEC, Aegis, and SOURCECORP, has solidified his reputation as a leader in the field.

With a deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), Curt is passionate about harnessing IT to drive innovation and business transformation. He foresees a future where AI is a cornerstone in reshaping business operations and enhancing customer service.

As a faculty member at the Vjal Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Curt contributes to the education of future IT leaders, emphasizing the importance and potential applications of AI.

His career is distinguished by strategic IT leadership, managing global teams, promoting business growth, and improving customer experiences through digital innovation. Curt’s accomplishments feature leading a successful NASDAQ IPO, implementing comprehensive security frameworks, and obtaining enterprise certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI, and Soc 2 (Type II).
