Chris Braun is a highly successful global business leader who has served 24 years as a CEO in businesses including Juice It Up! brand (Franchisor), Etac/Convaid products (Med-Device), multiple Power Generation businesses, iPourit (Tech & SAAS), and Jordan Specialty Plastics. He holds board leadership roles in Retail, Food & Beverage, Engineering Technology, and Health & Wellness companies.

Chris is well-versed in private equity, family business transitions, raising capital/investment sources for growth acceleration, has had two successful exits, and has served as a hired gun to run and position companies for sale/M&A processes. He has transitioned founder-led businesses to successful exits with PE-managed structures.
