Anna Griffin
CEO, Anna Griffin Inc.
Since 1994, Anna Griffin has made her mark on the gift industry by sharing her passion for creativity and high-end stationery with the world.
Anna’s company gained notoriety by creating custom wedding invitation kits that customers could print at home. Today, her creative vision has expanded to include stationery for any occasion, cosmetic bags, gift bags and wrapping, crafting tools and kits, and online on-demand crafting videos via Anna’s “Finishing School.”
Every one of Anna’s products aims to inspire. “I want people to look at our products and experience beauty. I want someone to receive our invitations and feel they’ve received a gift,” Anna says. Everything is beautiful in the making.”
In the 29 years Anna has been sharing her creative vision with the world, others have taken notice. She has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Martha Stewart Weddings, and has licensing relationships with brands like Cricut Kodak and Halcraft to name a few.

Lisa Hsu
CEO, Ni Hao Chinese School
Lisa Hsu is on a mission with Ni Hao Chinese School to help students prepare for their futures with world-class language training.
The Los Angeles-based school started up in 2012 with just 20 students. Since then, Lisa and the team have expanded to include nearly 2,000 students ranging from preschool to AP-level and 70 teachers.
Ni Hao is dedicated to creating a supportive and immersive experience that will prepare students for any situation they may encounter. In addition to language, teachers at Ni Hao have an intercultural approach, promoting Chinese virtues, Chinese poems, and Chinese arts to ensure students are prepared to communicate culturally with native speakers.
Lisa says Ni Hao’s teachers “continuously apply the latest theories to real-life instruction” to “change the world one student at a time.”

Kirsten Dermer
CEO, Spohn Ranch
In high school, Kirsten Dermer and her brother teamed up with their neighbor, Aaron Spohn, and began building skate ramps at Aaron’s house. It wasn’t long before the neighborhood dubbed their skateboard haven Spohn Ranch.
Today, Spohn Ranch has transcended Kirsten’s Southern California neighborhood. The company has become an industry leader in the wheel sports space, designing award-winning skateparks around the globe under Kirsten’s leadership as CEO. She has also served as the Entrepreneurs Organization Los Angeles Chapter President on two separate occasions.
Spohn’s team calls Dermer, “the glue that holds the company together.” Through good times and more challenging ones, Dermer is fiercely dedicated to “keeping the company on course for success.”

Wendy Mather
CEO, RDP Creative
In 2006, Wendy Mather started as a global accounts director for RDP Creative, which specializes in bringing movies and brands’ creative ideas to life from design to delivery.
Wendy’s passion for RDP’s work, which has included partnerships with Disney, Marvel, Netflix, Paramount to name just a few, was so great she moved from her native Ireland to London and eventually to the United States for the company, moving up RDP’s ranks along the way.
Today, Wendy is heading the companying as CEO, leading RDP’s offices London, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai from Los Angeles.
Wendy’s life is busy, but in a 2022 interview with the Irish Times, she made it clear she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“I have two children and a very busy job with staff around the world. It’s hard work, but you can do it. It’s possible to juggle a career and family, especially when you do something you love as much as I do.”
