Former National Association of Corporate Directors COO Katy Davis Joins CEO Coaching International as Chief Experience Officer
MIAMI, Dec. 1, 2021 – CEO Coaching International, the leading firm for coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, is pleased to announce Katy Davis as its Chief Experience Officer. In this new role, Davis will be responsible for maximizing client success by overseeing the entire member journey – from creating awareness about the brand and ensuring a seamless onboarding process to facilitating engagement and increasing client satisfaction and retention.
Davis is an accomplishedC-suite operations executivewith a career dedicated to growing and leading organizations that serve CEOs, board directors, and entrepreneurs in support of job creation and a strong economy. She has extensive experience in building and retaining high performing teams, developing and executing strategies for substantial revenue growth, and structuring organizational design for optimal performance.
In her most recent position, Davis served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), an organization advancing the profession of directorship. As COO, Davis provided leadership and oversight over day-to-day operations, ensuring departments across the organization were aligned for the success of the organization and that products and programs delivered to customers were of highest value.Her leadership of member engagement and new member sales generated retention rates of 90%, grew dues revenue from $3m to $17.5m, and built the membership base up to 21,000 from 8,000. In addition,she was responsible for the HR, accounting and finance, IT, data analytics, and office administration departments.
Davis also previously served as Vice President of Global Member Services at Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), where she oversaw three international regional offices in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. During her time at EO, Davis maintained fiscal responsibility for 75% of the organization’s operational expenses and $5.5M of the annual revenue. She grew the organization from two regions to six, increased chapters from 40 to 125, established a global leadership conference for 450+ chapter officers,and grew the membership base by more than 400%.

Davis received a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University. She currently serves as an advisor for Women Leaders in Data & AI (WLDA), an exclusive network of women leaders from Fortune 500 companies.
Davis lives in Arlington, Va. with her husband, and their two teenage sons, Cole and Drew. She enjoys staying connected with her community and friends,and always makes time toattend her boys’ basketball games.
