Rachel Smith is the Chief Experience Officer at CEO Coaching International, where she drives the firm’s client experience strategy, ensuring that each step of the client journey is impactful and aligned with results. Since joining the company in 2018, Rachel has held various key leadership roles including Chief of Staff, and has been involved in essentially every area of the business. Rachel is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Southern California and holds a BBA from the College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton, where she graduated at the top of her class.
