CEO Coaching Application · Step 1 of 6

Six questions, then a real conversation.

This is a screening, not a signup. A partner reads every application personally and you get an answer either way within one business day. If there is a fit, we schedule a 30-minute private conversation with the coach best matched to your business. If there is not, we tell you that and why.

"I am looking for one thing in an application: a CEO who names the number they are afraid of missing, because that is the conversation coaching actually changes."

Questions about applying

It stays with CEO Coaching International and is never sold, rented, or shared with a third party. If there is no fit, the application is closed and you are told why, in writing. Nothing is passed to a sales sequence you did not ask for, and a request to delete the record is honored the day it arrives.

Most CEOs go from application to first coaching session inside two to three weeks. A partner responds within one business day, the 30-minute private conversation is usually scheduled within a week, and coach matching takes a few days after that. Where a board or sponsor needs to weigh in, the timeline stretches to roughly a month.

Yes, in both directions. CEO Coaching International proposes the coach whose operating history matches your business, stage, and the problem you named, and you can request a specific coach when you apply. Nothing starts until you and the coach both agree the match is right, and a mis-matched coach is re-matched at no cost.

Apply anyway and say so in the notes. The 30-minute conversation carries no obligation and no pitch deck, and its purpose is to establish whether coaching would change your next twelve months. If the honest answer is that the timing is wrong, a partner will say that rather than sell you an engagement you are not ready for.

Yes, and they make up a substantial share of the client base. Sponsor-backed CEOs apply with a value creation plan, a board, and a hold period already in motion, so the screening looks at where you sit in that cycle. Coaches who have run sponsor-backed companies themselves are prioritized in the match.

No. Applying is free and so is the 30-minute private conversation that follows a fit. Engagement pricing depends on scope and cadence. We share exact pricing in the fit conversation, before you commit to anything. The scope and the number are put in writing before anything begins, and nothing is discussed until both sides agree coaching makes sense.
