Decorated Academic, HR Inclusivity Specialist Joins CEO Coaching International as Operations Associate

MIAMI, Fla., April 9, 2021 –CEO Coaching International, the leading firm for coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, is pleased to announce Josephine Ngo as its Operations Associate.

A graduate of California State University (CSUF) with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Human Resources, Ngo is a natural leader who has received multiple accolades through the course of her academic career.

During her four years in CSUF’s Business Honors program, Ngo held officer/board positions in the Society of Excellence in Human Resources/Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), Leadership Scholars, and Business Honors. She was recognized multiple times on the Dean’s Honors Lists and received the Business Honors Scholarship, Leadership Scholarship in 2018 and 2019, as well as the 2018 PIHRA Student Scholarship.

In 2018, Ngo was invited to participate in Boeing’s Accelerated Student Experience Externship, where she collaborated with 50 student leaders across the nation. She completed an HR Internship with Boeing Enterprise Engineering in 2019, where she developed a hiring initiative, created management training materials, and created space for Diversity and Inclusion talks.

Ngo said she is excited to bring her HR firepower to CEO Coaching International.

In addition to her degrees, Ngo holds certifications in HR Management and Inclusive Talent. In her free time, Josephine enjoys traveling and trying different types of food! She volunteers in her local county and abroad and is always looking for an adventure.
