- As the Founder & Chairman of Alvita Care, Tracy led the company’s expansion into a premier home care agency with over 7,000 employees across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.
- Recognized for driving 42% year-over-year growth, Tracy was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024. She has built and scaled companies in both privately held and investor-backed environments, demonstrating a unique ability to optimize growth strategies across different capital structures.
- Before launching Alvita Care in 2011, Tracy served as COO of Global Markets Derivatives at Bank of America and worked in Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking division, specializing in Structured Finance and Asset-Backed Securities.
- Tracy has conducted business in the Middle East and North Africa and spent five years living abroad in Mumbai and London, gaining deep insights into international markets.
Tracy serves on the boards of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the American Case Management Association, and the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Iowa’s Venture Capital Group and a Guest Lecturer at Columbia Business School’s Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center. Tracy holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Iowa, where she was a Division I athlete.
Tracy is actively involved in church and the sobriety community, mentoring and supporting individuals committed to recovery and personal transformation. She is passionate about health and performance longevity and competes in CrossFit and triathlons. Tracy currently resides in Rumson, NJ, with her 10-year-old twin sons.
