Steve Pazol is an accomplished entrepreneur, CEO, Board Member, and innovation leader who helps founders and CEOs accelerate growth and translate vision into performance.
Over his 20-year career, he has built and led technology companies from startup through acquisition, leveraging deep expertise in IoT, wireless, and intellectual property strategy.
Steve founded nPhase, an IoT platform company, which he sold to Qualcomm and later led as a Verizon/Qualcomm joint venture. At Qualcomm, he was Entrepreneur in Residence and led Qualcomm’s early stage IP licensing businesses. Steve has been a board member of Formula E, the global electric motorsport series, from its inception until today.

Steve holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
