John Fisher

John Fisher brings a distinctive blend of leadership experience across retail, foodservice, brand marketing, and supply chain management, gained through key roles at major brands including Nando’s Restaurant Group, Bob Evans Farms, The Pantry, The Coca-Cola Company, and Colgate-Palmolive Company.

A proven innovator with an engineering mindset, John drives growth as a strategic leader in marketing and sales. He is a results-oriented team builder who delivers impact through people, brands, and operational excellence across both large public and mid-sized private companies.

Professional Highlights:

• John most recently served for eight years as CEO, North America of Nando’s Restaurant Group, an international brand with 1,200 restaurants in 30 countries.
• As President of Bob Evans Restaurants, John led the public company until it was sold to private equity in 2017. He was responsible for the leadership of the restaurant division, $1 billion P&L with 523 company-owned units and 27,000 employees.
• John was previously the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Merchandising, and Restaurant Operations at The Pantry, which included 1,500+ convenience stores and 240 quick service restaurants.
• He served as Executive Vice President of The Linbeck Group, a privately held project and construction management firm specializing in complex facility design and project execution.
• John spent 11 years at The Coca-Cola Company, including his last position as Senior Vice President of Marketing Foodservice. John ran one of the largest global accounts to record sales.
• During his almost 9-year career at Colgate-Palmolive Company, John started as a manufacturing engineer, progressed through various manufacturing and supply chain roles, and eventually transitioned into brand management.

John is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame (with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering), which has had a lasting impact on his life—most notably because it’s where he met and married the love of his life, Celia. Together they are the proud parents of five children who have also graduated from ND. His wife Celia, an attorney, is President and Chief Investment Officer for the Stanley Beamish Family Foundation.

John has completed fifteen marathons, the last three of which he did with two of his daughters. He is an avid student of WWII history and loves to grow roses and play the bagpipe.
