TaskUs Has Been Honored By Glassdoor As One of the Best Places to Work in 2019
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec 06, 2018 — CEO Coaching International, the leading firm coaching over 170 of the world’s top growth-focused Entrepreneurs, is proud to congratulate their client TaskUs on being named one of the best places to work in 2019 by Glassdoor. The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 11th year, is based solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies on Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites.
“At TaskUs, we’ve created a best-in-class, employee first culture that’s unlike anything seen before. We have state of the art workspaces, top-notch benefits and some of the best teammates in the world. Whether in the US, Asia, Mexico or one of our other global locations, we invest in your career growth, ” commented Bryce Maddock of Taskus. “We create an environment where employees not only work hard, learn, grow and succeed but have fun doing it. We treat each other with respect and push each other to be our best professional and personal selves every day while celebrating our accomplishments and rewarding exceptional work.”
“In today’s tight labor market, job seekers are in the driver’s seat when it comes to deciding where to work and they want to know the inner workings of a company before accepting a new job. To help people find the best jobs and the best companies, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards recognize employers at the top of their game,” said Dr. Andrew Chamberlain, Glassdoor Chief Economist. “For employers, we know that a satisfied and engaged workforce helps drive financial performance. Glassdoor Best Places to Work winners are strategically investing in company culture, career growth opportunities and more, which also serves as a major recruiting advantage.”
Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work were determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between October 23, 2017 and October 21, 2018. To be considered for the small & medium category, a company must have fewer than 1,000 employees and have received at least 30 ratings across each of the eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
CEO Coaching International has been coaching top executives at TaskUs for five years and has seen their organization grow to over 11,000 employees.
